We are delighted to announce that Sebastian Kokelaar KC was appointed King’s Counsel at a ceremony presided over by the Lord Chancellor in Westminster Hall on 26 March 2026.

Sebastian is a highly experienced advocate who undertakes a broad range of commercial and Chancery work, much of which has an international element to it. He has been described in the legal directories as “incredibly impressive”, “intellectually very powerful”, “an excellent tactician with a phenomenal eye for detail”, a “brilliant cross-examiner”, and “a calming presence in every case”.
