
Three Stone Chambers is delighted to share that Mark Watson-Gandy OBE has been reappointed to the Legal Services Panel for the Government of the British Virgin Islands. This prestigious panel provides specialist legal advice and representation to the BVI Government on complex matters of law.
Mark is a highly respected barrister with extensive expertise in insolvency, company law, banking, and private international law. Called to the Bar in 1990 and admitted to the Eastern Caribbean Bar in 2013, he has a distinguished track record advising on high-profile cases and cross-border disputes. In addition to his practice at Three Stone Chambers, Mark is a Visiting Professor at the University of Westminster and a co-editor of Butterworths Corporate Law Service. He was awarded the OBE in 2020 for public and voluntary service.
His reappointment reflects his continued commitment to excellence and his reputation for delivering clear, strategic advice in challenging legal contexts.
