Breakfast roundtable event series

We are delighted to introduce our new series of intimate breakfast roundtable events that aim to encourage collaboration and conversations over croissants, led by our barristers. 

Texts, Trusts, and Trustees in Bankruptcy

– casual communications and s.53(1)(c) of the Law of Property Act 1925, and

– ‘exceptional circumstances’ within the meaning of s.335A of the Insolvency Act 1986.

There will also be an opportunity for wider group discussions, questions and conversations.

Join us from 8.15am at Three Stone Chambers. We will be serving pastries and hot drinks upon arrival, and the talk will start at 8.30am. We’ll wrap things up by 9.30am.
