COVID-19 – Latest update

Public Access

Barristers who are registered under the Public Access rules may accept instructions from lay clients directly, rather than being instructed by a solicitor, accountant, foreign lawyer or other professional advisor in appropriate circumstances.

Please feel free to contact us through the clerks to discuss whether Public Access is appropriate or for referral to a solicitor or other advisor if necessary.  For more information on Public Access, visit the Bar Standards Board website here.

Details of the range of hourly rates in respect of Inheritance Act advices and winding up petitions can be found below.

Three Stone have taken immediate measures to maintain our impressive chancery commercial services and our clerking team will provide their usual high standard of service whilst ensuring the safety of our clients, staff and members during this dynamic period.
